Steam will again soar over Spencer Shops as the N.C. Transportation Museum hosts the first ever Spring Kick Off, March 19. The museum will welcome the warmer season with a day full of music, food, games for the kids and train rides. One of the museum’s largest and most impressive structures will also be honored during the day’s events.
