Cruzin' Round Spencer
The town of Spencer comes alive the second Saturday of every month as car enthusiasts gather in town for live music, food and car talk.

Upcoming events:
  • Oct. 14 from 4 - 9 p.m. Halloween Theme
  • Ghost stories on the train ride
    - $4 per person for ages 3 and older
    - Train rides at 7 p.m. and 7:45 p.m.
  • Halloween costume contests beginning at 6:30 p.m.
  • Hay rides around town from
    5 - 9 p.m.

Vintage Airstream Show
Oct. 22-25
Airstream RV owners will camp at the museum and open their doors to visitors.
  • Open house on Monday, Oct. 23 from 3 - 6 p.m.
  • Take a free tour of these classic recreational vehicles.

Trick or Train Haunted Roundhouse Tours
Oct. 26-28
Take a night train to the Roundhouse and meet the ghosts of Southern Railway...if you dare!
  • Thursday, Friday and Saturday Oct. 26-28
  • Trains depart every 45 minutes from 6 - 9 p.m.
  • Suggested minimum age for tours is 8 years old. Children's activity area available for younger children.
  • $8 per person; free for members and children under 3
  • *Memberships will not be sold on the night of the event
 

The Furnitureland Chapter of the Antique Automobile Club of America will hold its 22nd annual Antique Car Show
at the N.C. Transportation Museum
from 10 a.m. - 3 p.m. on Saturday, Oct. 14.

Free admission for spectators!
